Purpose
The purpose of the Junior Welfare League is" " ... to give aid to less fortunate citizens of our community and to work in harmony with the established civic, professional and welfare organizations. The object of the organization shall be to foster interest among the members in the social, economic, educational, health, cultural and civic conditions of this community, and to make efficient their volunteer service."
The Enid Junior Welfare League is a non-profit organization, which pulls a great percentage of its income from the sale of Stir-Ups, and gives that money directly back to the community.
