I have been making homemade beef jerky for about 6 years and my customers say I process the best homemade beef jerky In South Eastern Oklahoma. My jerky is handmade from the most tender USDA Choice Angus superior quality bottom round beef or I-round.  I start out by cutting away any fat or gristle down to tasty lean meat.  I then mix and marinate for up to 8 hours to make sure the flavor is absolutely perfect.   We then dry for a minimum of 6 hours making sure all  grease and moisture is out of meat.  We make 6 flavors of jerky using our own special recipes.  We make the best homemade beef Jerky in South Eastern Oklahoma.  Try it once and you will be back for more.
