Sequoyah State Park is one of Oklahoma's most scenic
parks. Located on a peninsula in the rolling foothills of
Sequoyah State Park is the rustic
Western Hills Guest Ranch.
Golfers
will find a par 73, 18 hole golf course with a putting green, driving range,
pro shop, and rentals. A marina offers boat rentals and sales, a loading
dock and a gas dock, slip rental, storage, bait & tackle, indoor fishing
dock, a snack bar, and groceries. Paddle boats and personal watercraft are
also available to rent. The park's stables feature trail rides, hay rides,
carriage rides, stagecoach rides, covered wagon rides, and activities for
little cowboys. Dining ranges from the Calico Crossing Restaurant to outdoor
chuck wagon cookouts to bring your own picnic to one of over 300 picnic
sites. After dinner entertainment can be found at Black Jack's Saloon. An
on-site naturalist is your host for informative and interesting nature
programs at the park's Nature Center.
Groups: can rent the special group Bunkhouse
(sleeps 46) for $600 in winter, $750 spring/fall, and $850 peak season.
The Group Camp Facility (with dining hall) is
available for $350 per day for up to 50 people; each additional person is $5
per day.
Group picnic shelters (each seat 50 with water, grill,
& electric) are available for $50 per day.

In addition to equestrian trails, the
park features several nature trails, fitness trails, mountain bike
trails, and hiking trails. Guests can swim in the huge swimming pool at
the lodge or the swimming beach on the lake. Other activities at the
lodge or in the park include miniature golf, volleyball, archery,
bicycling, tram rides, horseshoes, shuffleboard, badminton or ping pong.
Guests can stay in a lodge room, suite, pool side cabana, cottage or
campground.
Group assigned RV camping is also available.,
