Ballroom Dancers of Tulsa (BDT) is a local chapter of the USA Dance, Inc., Chapter 5023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our mission is to sponsor monthly dances that provide a fun venue for ballroom dancers of all abilities to practice and enjoy the various dances associated with American and International style Standard Smooth (Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, and Viennese Waltz) and Rhythm Latin (Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Rumba, Jive, and Paso Doble), Swing (East Coast, West Coast, and Hustle), Argentine Tango, Salsa, and occasionally Country.

In addition to the one-hour lesson at the beginning of our bi-monthly dances, BDT offers inexpensive group ballroom lessons taught by local ballroom dance professionals. These classes focus on the core ballroom dances - fox trot, waltz, tango, swing, cha cha and rumba. They are offered in a series of six weekly classes on a single dance. Classes are arranged as instructors are available. Watch this site for a schedule of upcoming classes.  Classes are $30 for the series to be paid up front. No partner is needed. There will be no enrollment after the second week of a class. At the completion of the 6 week course, you will receive a free admission to one chapter dance

The professional staff at Tulsa Dance Masters know how to teach you to dance while making sure that everyone has a great time. Semi Private Group Classes are offered Monday through Friday from 5pm - 9pm. There's bound to be a time that suits you!. Our easiest level (Beginner 1) is aimed at people who have never danced before. Dancing with your friends in Semi Private Group Class is a great way to socialize and have fun learning a new activity together.
