 Cabin Listing Policy

You may have free listings on our Yellow Pages and also our Classifieds.

On the WHITE PAGES FOR CABINS it will be $14.95 per cabin owner per year.  Marketing Companies will have to pay $14.95 per cabin owner per year.  We are doing this to keep the playing field equal and also to stay in business.

Due to our site size and increased traffic we have had to acquire our own server and pay to have it maintained.  We have to continually pay for increased traffic, programs and maintenance.  We hope to better serve our fellow Oklahomans and keep bringing business to our State and we can only do that by charging our customers. 

In September I will have been doing this for 11 years.  I lost money the first 7 years, but I was taking care of my parents in my home and it was a way to stay home and it was therapy.  I made $300 profit in 2004 and $446 in 2005.  I just didn't charge people except for designing sites and hosting and then I was inexpensive.  We also need more help.  Most of my friends don't want to work more than an hour here and there.

People started asking to pay this last year for a prominent place and purchase a category or page.  One man purchased 3 spots on top pages and paid $200 per page.  He said he had made a lot of money off of Shop Oklahoma the last few years and he still wanted more exposure and was willing to pay for it.   Right now I'm charging $14.95 for a listing similar to what you currently see on our Cabin page.  I'm not trying to stick any one person.  $14.95 is less than $1.25 per month per customer.   We have such great search engine placement and work very hard to stay current and at the top of the search engines.  That only comes with time spent on new content, perseverance and longevity. 

I have to make money now just to stay in business, pay for our server, site search engine, long distance and pay more help.  I've never taken any money out except for one new computer and software and none of the other ladies have been paid either.  We need your help and any suggestions.

In the meantime you may call 918-369-3988 and leave the information on the answering machine or pay through PayPal (they take most credit cards).  If you choose the answering machine, please talk very slow, and always give us your name, your company name and phone number.  If you want to upgrade and/or advertise in other areas than where you presently are located, please make us an offer and we will see what we can arrange. When you list on our Yellow Pages after registering, login and upgrade to the Gold $14.95 listing and it automatically puts you on our White Pages which are highly listed in the 3 major search engines.
