The Beavers Bend State Park which is
located at the base of the Broken Bow Lake is a true favorite for those
wishing to escape to the serenity of nature. With the Mountain Fork River
flowing from the base of the Broken Bow Lake running through the park it
offers visitors a beautiful view as well as canoeing and trout fishing.
Featuring an outstanding nature center where visitors to the park are able
to get a close up look at many of the area's wildlife.

Two hundred feet above Beaver's Bend is
crystal-clear Broken Bow Lake, a favorite of scuba divers and bass
fishermen. Broken Bow Lake is one of the most picturesque settings in
Oklahoma. There is 180 miles of pine-studded shoreline, and 14,220 acres of
lake. Surrounding the island-dotted lake are plenty of RV and tent sites |

Canoeing & Canoe Racing
Mountain Fork River, Little River and the last free-flowing river in the
state of Oklahoma, The Glover River; offer tame waters and Class II
Rapids. The infamous Presbyterian Falls is a local highlight. A good day
is determined by the number of canoes that dump over!
