Cabins

    47 cabins sleeping 2,4 or 6 guests. All have small kitchens and are set up for light housekeeping. Some have fireplaces. Prices starting at $58. up to $120. per night (plus tax). Prices vary depending on cabin size and location. PETS ARE WELCOME.

RV & Tent Camping

  • 110 RV sites with water & electricity,  Prices $15. to $18.

  • 56 tent sites - $8. per day, water and bathroom in area. No reservations necessary.

  • 2 shelters available - $40. per day - reservations are required.

Trout Fishing - available year round in Mountain Fork River (license required and may be purchased at reservation office).

Nature Center - located in park with daily programs and activities for everyone (no charge). (580) 494-6556.

Gift Shop - located in Forest Heritage Center. (580) 494-6509.

Museum - located in Forest Heritage Center (no charge). (580) 494-6497.

Private Concessions - a wide variety of recreational services and activities are available at Beavers Bend State Park. We recommend that you phone the concession to verify hours or operation, prices, etc.

Call (580)494-6613 or come by Beavers Bend Depot to make reservations for any of the rides listed. Certified equestrian headgear available for trail riders at no charge. 

Tax exempt groups ~ please advise prior to purchasing tickets.  (Must fill out special tax exempt form)

Train Rides on a 1/3 size replica of the C.P. Huntington S.P. train that was built in 1863 through beautiful Beavers Bend Resort Park's Game Reserve.  The train runs 2 times per hour.  Riders will sometimes spot some native wildlife, go up and down Wahoo Hill and run through a tunnel before pulling back into the station......don't forget your camera.

GUIDED HORSE TRAIL RIDES

Approximately 45 minute ride, please allow at least one hour to complete the ride................Price $14.00 + Tax (adults)

Children 5 years and younger may ride double with adult for half price. (No refunds after mounting horse).  Price $14.00 + $7.00 (half price under 5) = $21.00 + tax. (Button pictures of you on your horse $5.00 + Tax)  Trail Rides begin each hour.

TRAIN RIDES

Approximately 15 minute train ride around the river bend area.....$3.50
+ Tax (adults).  Senior Citizens (65 years & over) and children (12 years and under). ..........$3.00 + Tax

Group tickets for train rides ~ Ticket books for groups of 20 or more may be purchased. ...........Price $50.00 + Tax (No charge for children under one year of age) 

HAY RIDES

Park hayrides for general public ~ approximately one hour, tour of Beavers Bend Resort Park.  Hayrides scheduled 2 times per week for general public........Price $6.00 + Tax (adults)

Senior Citizens and Children.......Price $4.00 + Tax (No charge for children under one year of age)

Private Hayrides  can be customized to fit the theme of the private party.  Minimum charge for private hayride (park tour) for groups up to 20 people......$80.00 + Tax  (additional people are $4.00 each)

Hayride/Campfire - Add $1.00 each person
Hayride with Campfire & Food - Add $7.00

Lakeview Lodge (located on Broken Bow Lake on Stevens Gap Road)

  • 36 rooms & 4 suites - all rooms offer a spectacular view of the lake. NO PETS / NO SMOKING. $110. - $175.

Cedar Creek Golf Course (Located 4 miles north of Hochatown and Lakeview Lodge.)

  • 18 hole golf course - no tee time required. Special "stay and play" package available.
     

 

Beavers Bend Resort Park also draws the serious hiker. Its David Boren Trail offers 16 miles of hiking trails with 4 miles of multi-purpose (mountain bike) trails that wander along ridge tops, over creek bottoms, through tall stands of timber, and into areas so remote one can almost experience what early-day explorers must have felt upon seeing the Quachita National Forest for the first time. Good news for the not-so-serious hiker: the same trail can also be divided into a variety of short and long hikes.
